Open drive but where is the open data?
Looking back on 10 years of open data in Belgium we feel today the drive of opening up services is at an all time high, while opening up data and advocating for opening up data seems to be on a downfall. What is driving this change of focus and how might this affect open knowledge efforts in the near future?
